Classes are designed to be done on an on-going weekly year-round basis.

Several times a year, these ongoing classes are open to new students - in order to them a chance to see if it something they want to add to their general wellness routine. 
Those series are designed to appeal to both beginners & experienced students.
Week 1 of each of those series is open to first-time students.
